Vendor Application

2nd Annual Monster Car Show

Vendor agrees to a fee of $25.00.

Nonprofit Tables are FREE, we just ask you bring candy for your table.

To pay by mail: Send to Boys & Girls Clubs of Hernando County, 5425 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606.

To pay by credit card: Please call our Admin. Office at (352) 666-0068 ext. 101. 

Payment is due before the day of the event. Refunds will only be provided if event is shut down due to COVID -19. 

Below, in detail, state the purpose of your company/organization and what you plan to provide at your table.

Please carefully read and follow these instructions to ensure a successful event:

  • Set-up begins no earlier than 4:00pm on October 24th.  Upon arrival please check-in with BGCHC vendor/food truck registration by the vendor drop off gate.
  • The official event start time is 6:00pm; we encourage everyone to be set-up and ready to go by 5:30pm.
  • Each vendor will need to provide tables and chairs.  Rentals are available through Lead Foot City, if necessary, and while supplies last.
